It’s a family-owned business, and the son is a Rosewood resident (and a friend- disclaimer!). We find their rates extremely reasonable, and they’re easy to work with.

Bug Depot Termite and Pest Control has provided our termite bond and quarterly spraying for bugs, especially Palmetto bugs/roaches. I have used them regularly for at least 4 years in 2 different homes. The technician is very trustworthy, friendly and diligent.

Yard Landscaping or Maintenance
Don Dickinson has recently been providing us with yard maintenance and he also does the common areas and most of the homes on Graymont. Currently, he has only mowed the lawn, edged and removed leaves. He will also do hedges, flower beds, etc.
