What is the Rosewood Community Council?
RCC is here to help you! We’re a volunteer organization focused on identifying and recommending solutions to neighborhood needs and concerns. Our top priorities include personal and environmental safety, physical improvements, land use, zoning changes, and other community initiatives that will enhance and preserve the residential character of the neighborhood. RCC is a non-partisan, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization.
We work closely with City of Columbia departments, boards, and committees regarding issues that may impact the community and ensures that the concerns of residents are heard. RCC also works closely with the Rosewood Merchants Association to help ensure neighborhood-friendly progress in our commercial and industrial areas.
